It is fixed. The documents are wif YC. Included are 5 tickets 4 swimming in coastal sands. TY to YC and JQ 4 coming along and booking the chalet. FYI, our room is on the 1st storey, so as to access the BBQ pit easily.
There are some things you guyz need to take note of:
1. no catering - means we have to buy/ cook our own food and bring
2. no pets
3. plz do not bring outsiders, this is solely a 4R7 gathering
Now we need to see how many people will be coming during the day:

The people who can make it for the morning and afternoon are not expected to bring alot of food, prob bring snacks and stuff u wana share throughout the day and things to occupy ur time, like cards, board games, ps etc. 4 those who wana bring stuff 4 BBQ, you can bring and keep in fridge (I tink got but not sure).
You guyz can grab a bite from nearby during lunch. We will have our BBQ in the evening, if there is no prob? This is when you guyz go and buy stuff 4 the BBQ.
